10 years

Educational Specialist Degree
- Completed
application
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution
(Submit official graduate and undergraduate
transcripts.)
- Minimum grade point average of 2.75 on a 4.0
scale
- Miller Analogies Test (MAT website) of Graduate
Records Examination (GRE website) aptitude scores
taken within the last 10 years
- Recommendations from three professional sources
including one from a graduate professor or current
supervisor or employer
- Acceptable interview with the Graduate Education
Committee
- Writing sample to be assessed by the Graduate
Education Committee”

International Student Requirements
- In addition to the admission requirements,
international applicants must submit scores from the
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) and a
Notarized Affidavit of Support. These items must be
submitted to the Graduate Office before application
will be considered.

Immunization Requirements
- All accepted students born after January 1, 1957
must provide proof of 2 MMR vaccinations given after
12 months of age and tuberculin PPD skin test taken
within a year from the date of application. This
information should be submitted to the Lee
University Health Clinic upon acceptance. For more
